Service Coordinator with Invoicing Experience

About the Position

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Preparing invoices, primarily for service jobs
  • Daily follow-up and review of documentation for service jobs and service projects
  • Coordinating and planning service jobs and service technicians for optimal resource utilization
  • Providing administrative support to our service technicians in connection with service jobs
  • Actively participating in the optimization of our ERP platform to improve and streamline workflows

Your workday will be diverse and flexible, as it is largely driven by customer needs. You will have considerable freedom in planning your daily tasks, but you must be adaptable, as no two days are the same.

About You

We expect you to:

  • Have experience with invoicing and bookkeeping
  • Have experience with workforce scheduling and planning, preferably within the maritime industry
  • Be familiar with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Navision
  • Be fluent in both Danish and English, spoken and written
  • Have solid IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365
