Service Coordinator

Planning and Coordination – Global Scope

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting service orders, inventory, logistics, and service technicians into a well-functioning value chain. You will report directly to the Head of Service.
Your primary responsibility will be to plan service jobs and coordinate spare parts deliveries to destinations worldwide. You will manage the planning for 15–20 technicians across Europe and China. This also includes a financial aspect, where you optimize resource allocation while taking technicians’ guaranteed days into account.

You ensure daily structure through morning meetings with the relevant departments and act as the central hub for all planning activities. All communication with colleagues outside Denmark, international technicians, and agents is conducted in English.

International Experience and Strong Collaboration Skills

You have a relevant educational background in areas such as logistics, freight forwarding, or spare parts sales. In addition, you bring solid experience in coordination and logistics from an internationally operating company, where you may also have gained knowledge of Incoterms and international trade.

As English is the primary working language with technicians in Europe and China, you are fluent in both written and spoken English.

On a personal level, you are rational, communicate with maturity, and have strong conflict management skills, enabling you to maintain overview and handle challenges remotely.
